Good for the Soul Arts Community Interest Company is an organisation supporting people with mild to moderate mental ill health throughout County Durham and beyond.
We provide arts activities which develop capacity in leading a healthy lifestyle and improving quality of life.
From art to movement and from dance to music, Good for the Soul encourages people to engage with the arts, giving them a general sense of well being. Only professional artists lead the sessions and all artists are trained in Mental Health First Aid.

In April 2009 Good for the Soul became a service provider to Co. Durham and Darlington PCT's Arts for Wellbeing service and we continue to deliver our own tailor made sessions in a variety of settings through the Communities for Health Programme.
